The Emergency Medical Responder Program (EMR) is a course designed to educate those initial responders in stabilizing the sick and injured until advanced assistance arrives.
Our onsite testing provides a great opprotunity for High Schools and other educational sites to have onsite testing of the students and receive an industry certification. IEMSR is in the process of Florida approval so that the High Schools can receive funding for this project. The EMR program taken must follw the minimum standards of the National Highway and Traffic Administration (NHTSA) These can be found at http://www.ems.gov/education/nationalstandardandncs.html
- Test cost of $55 per student
- Study Guide provided for exam
- Skills validation from the school's Instructor
- Skill testing offered by IEMSR at an additional fee
- On-Site testing with IEMSR proctors present (Alleviates student travel concerns)
- Two Year certification with certificate and patch
- Exam retake (One time) offered at no additional cost
- Results emailed directly to the Instructor within 72 business hours
